We believe in our products, so if you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right. We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders, no questions asked.
How do you give back to the community?
For every item you purchase, we donate a specially designed item to someone experiencing homelessness. To date, we have donated over 100 million items.
How should I care for my Bombas socks?
To keep your socks in peak condition, we recommend machine washing them on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or ironing.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What if I lose a sock in the laundry?
We offer a Laundry Back-up Account. If you lose a sock within the first year of purchase, contact us and we will send you a replacement pair for free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. We are working hard to expand our reach to more countries in the near future.
